Phone (RAZR V3C) detection

Hi,
I tried to detect my RAZR V3C with the comp using a Zoom Bluetooth USB adaptor. The computer detects the phone as a Motorola, but when I click on Next, I get a message saying that the modem failed to install. Can any one tell me what's the problem? I attached picutres. Here is the link:
