Hello,

I'm trying to pick a new cingular phone, and I'm having a hard time finding one that has the right feature set. Any suggestions? Here's what I'd like in the phone. Thanks in advance!

Flip phone (the bars are just too big, and I think the sliders are gross.)

Small(ish) form factor (goes with the above)

Decent reception (I know, its subjective. But some phones are known to stink)

Bluetooth

miniusb port (or CF or microSD slot)- Basically I'd some easy way to get stuff on and off the phone. I'd hate to buy some proprietary data cable. Why don't more phones have the minisub ports?

EDGE- not a gotta have, but would be nice. Heck, I'd like UMTS\HSPDA, but will have to wait for the Samsung ZX20 for that one.

Front LCD- I don't care if this is color or not. Frankly, if it wasn't it might be better, cause then it would be less of a battery drain. All I want is the caller ID and the time.

The only thing I can think of is the W600 because of its 256mb internal memory and comes with a cable for connecting to the PC.

None of the flip phones on Cingular currently have a miniSD slot except the MPx220.

RAZR, just get one without bugs if you can.

Does the RAZR have a mini-USB port? I know it doesn't have a CF or microSD slot...

Also, how can you guys stand how wide it is? The thinness is nice, I guess, but the phone is huge otherwise. And the buttons... are they ok? They seem so flat and gross. Easy to push while driving? I guess what I'm saying is that I don't really like the design.

Yes the razr uses a mini usb port, but it has little memory. The width hasnt bothered me yet.

Go into the store and play with the demo phones tho. Only you can make the decesion.
