2 RAZR contacts questions

Okay so I have a new razr, moving from a nokia 6620.

I have 2 questions:
1) Is it possible to "group" contacts.. rather than having NAME (cell), NAME (home), NAME (business), etc.? Of course, with my nokia it would all be under NAME and I could select athat then a number...

2) I am using motorola phone tools to sync. Does it ONLY sync name/number? I have some important business contactrs i need to also sync more information which is in my outlook information.. like business name, emails, etc...

You need to save the contents to the phone and not the SIM card. The SIM will only do Name/Number and on the Phone it will give full contact info under one slot like in Outlook.

I did sync on to the phone though...? all the contacts synced were put on to the phone memory...

no additional information, and in fact contacts with e-mails got put it as a separate entry.. annoying..

go to the phonebook menu options and select setup
change "view" to primary contacts instead of all contacts
it'll only display one name regardless of how many numbers are stored with that name, and you can scroll "through" (hit the side arrow keys) to get to the other numbers
