V360 caller ID problem

When somebody calls me, the telephone shows me the telephone number with area code, instead of showing the name stored in the adressbook. I've already edit seem 0032-0001 offset 3E - bit 4, without results. Somebody knows what offset have I to change to activate this option in a v360?

its probaly not a seem problem but more likely the format you saved your numbers in on your phone book or sim phone book, make sure there is no douplicate entries as that can screw up call display.
