Need Expert Support on Bluetooth Sync

I have a SLVR L7 and Microsoft Outlook 2003. I am conncted to an Exchange server. I have a DLINK Bluetooth USB adaptor. There are native profiles in Windows and the SLVR L7 that support "Motorola SLVR OBEX Object Push". So basically I select a Business Card in Outlook and go to File>Send to Bluetooth>SLVR L7 (my PC connects to the SLVR and sends the contact and my phone accepts it, no problem). I try to do the same with an appointment in my calendar and the problem I get is that the appointment is send, just like the contact but for some odd reason the time is shifted by 5 hours +. I have called Moto but they did not have an answer. I have tried time zone settings, disconnected my laptop from the exchange server, turned auto update of time off on the phone but no luck. Anybody have any idea?
