Toshiba 904T contact list backup...

Hi all,
Been checking 904T's manual this morning.
I am dreaming or what? It seems like it's not possible
to backup/transfer the address book, agenda entries to
the PC, using like... Outlook?
Damn, there's this Vodafone paying service for backing
up this information...
Does that mean if I buy it I'll have to enter all my numbers
and emails by hand, directly on the handset?
