Bluetooth File Transfer over MPT Kicking off??

Whenever I use MPT I can get my phonebook etc. through my bluetooth connection, but when I go to do the file transfer, multimedia studio, etc. it tells me that the connection cannot be established? Any ideas? Thanks

Who is your provider? Verizon?
