Mony get MotoKit 1.06, that program makes changing the startup and shutdown so
sound simple as 1,2,3 - no seem editing or nothing - it does it all for u.

search google for MotoKit 1.06

at e398, just follow the seem edit shown at the motox link above.
after, put the Cust_start~up.mp3 anda Power~down.mp3 at /a/mobile/audio.
at i398, e398@rokr, and rokr, do the same seem edition (it maybe already ok, but i suggest to check it) and upload the files to /c/mobile/audio instead.
in these 4 moto models, the corret file names are exactly how I've written.
I recommend to re-encode the mp3 cut to be used to a 32k mono 22,050Hz format, for not harming startup and shutdown operations.
when finished, use p2ktools to hide these files from listing (not necessary).
