XP not finding ROKR E1

Everytime I plug in my ROKR E1 into the USB port, it tries to locate software for it. The only software that came with it is the iTunes.

I have downloaded the following programs for the cell from online:
3GP Video Converter
E1_MIDlet_Manager_v9
P2KCommander / P2KAutostart (version 2.9)
PST Phone Programmer 7.2.3
MIDway_2.8
ROKRUpdate (via motorola.com)
Funlight_Editor
Dictaphone

Of those, I've installed and (at minimum) looked at the following programs: P2K, 3GP, E1_MIDlet_Manager, PST, MIDway, & ROKRUpdate. I didn't change any settings in any of the programs.

I was trying to transfer my pictures to the computer, but it seems that the cell phone isn't being read by the USB correctly. I've already tried to power cycle the ROKR & my laptop PC.

Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks for your time!
