Playing movies on ROKR E1

I've downloaded and installed 3GP Video Converter to my laptop. I converted 2 movies and placed them into the ROKR. The movies are 2.17MB & 178MB and saved in the *.3GPP file format. However, when I go to play back the movie it says (in layman's terms) that it's too big to fit on the screen. I'm not too familiar with that conversion program, so if anyone can give some help as to what size the ROKR needs and how to change that in the software, it would be much appreciated!
If that program isn't the easiest to use, other suggestions are welcome, too!
