Is it possible to change the MSL code on the UTStarcom 6700?
I need to change tit or the SPC code to allow cricket to update OOTA

You would have to change it through the PST program via desktop.

I know theres the application on the phone, EPST. what is the name of the application to do it on the desktop?

Look for Crowdy PST or even "Generic PST".

thread revival.

I have QPST but cant seem to get it to see the 6700 using the stock USB cable. Anyone know what the trick is? I too am trying to get the spc/msl changed to 000000 to allow Cricket OTA to work.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated
