Sayno 8300 Question

Ok, I thank you to anyone that answers this, I have a sayno 8300 and I have been working on Nextel phones for about 2 years now I know Nextel Motorola phones have a software update to them, but do sayno phones have these same updates and if so where can I go about getting them, and installing them, I have looked around in the forums for this answer to this question so again sorry if this is a repost thanks guys!

Sanyo occasionally releases firmware updates, but this is rare. HatOnCat maintains a firmware tracker, which you can check. If a more recent firmware revision is listed for your handset, a Sprint store can update it for you.
