8100 ringtones not showing up on phone

I'm transferring just as described in the tutorial, however the number of tones is limited to a certain number, so even though I can see them in the file system on bitpim, they don't come up on the phone.

The first 9 ringtones in alphabetical order (regardless of length of title, etc...) will show up. If I add a tone that bumps one of them alphabetically, then the new one will show up and the last on the list alphabetically is bumped.

Is this happening to anyone else? All the file sizes are appropriate, ranging from 20k to 250k. Let me know if you have any ideas.
