Itunes on E1 and V3i (enquiry)

Hi...I have this problem on my Rokr E1 and V3i which shows "ITUNES platform not supported" when the ITUNE key is pressed. Is it because of the software not properly flashed or any other problems. Will love feedback and any guidance...Thanks a million
