Motorola v323 or Samsung a670?

Due to the LG 5550 being defective U.S. Cellular is offering free replacements with either the Motorola v323 or Samsung a670. Which of these phones is a better choice? I live in a rural area and have trouble with reception and dropped calls with my LG phone.

Motorla v323 its tri mode and they have awesome rf.
