I had the same problem with a V525M.
You need PST_6.7. Use Multiflexflash that comes with it.
Get the Motorola Retail V600 Monster pack from http://www.motomodders.net/default.aspx?tabid=93
Turn on the phone while pressing the * and # buttons.
Follow the instructions found at mob453.com.
