Phone Files on V3C

Is there anyway too remove the original pictures and ringtones out of the Moto Razr V3C for an Alltel phone? I get so disgusted everytime I have too scroll through the phone and see all these wacky random picks and ringtones lol. Is there anyone who knows if this can be done?

The search button is your friend....To summerize though, make sure that everything you plan to delete is in no way "turned on". Change all ringers to Silent, and delete the files via P2K.
