can someone please help me connect to bitpim

i have a lg vx9800 and i have been trying for a month to try to get bitpim to see my phone via bluetooth. my phone is paired with my computer already and i think i have tried everything already. when i click on the "filesystem" tab it doesn't show any files accept one and when i click on that it says busy and doesn't do anything....can someone please help me

I don't think you can use bluetooth with BITPIM. Mine works fine with a data cable pluged into my USB port. I baught a data cable & handsfree headset for $20 from my Verizon store. (They come in the same box.) I loaded only the USB drivers from the included CD to my PC. This cable works very well with BITPIM.

Yea go with the cable and on another note you will need to down load the correct drive some one listed it in another thread the one it comes with dont work!
