when you guys disconnect the usb cable from the comp, does your phone turn off?

mine does, and i have to turn on my phone everytime i disconnect the usb from the comp and i can't seem to find the setting for this. is this part of the phone?

so basically, i plug usb in, transfer files and then safely remove hardware from comp so that i can unplug usb cable. when i unplug usb cable, my phone turns off with it and i would have to turn on phone after. is there a setting for this because i know most cell phones dont' do this.

if i use the "file transfer" setting on my 810i then the phone will power cycle
when the cable is removed. this is standard behaviour. If I use the other mode
the phone doesn't power cycle.

i have a w600i.
turns off when i disconnect from pc.
im sure its just a matter of refreshing the files.(considering u made changes to them).
