Problem with flashing Z200

I know it's an old phone but I just got one to play with the USB Total MultiServer cable. The phone's a Fido supplied Z200 with R3E firmware. I wanted to upgrade to R6C.

I got the phone unlocked and did the CRC recalc successfully. I tried to flash the phone with R6C firmware and that's when I ran into problems. I used SE Tool with the following settings:

Phone: Z200/Z208
Interface: Fighter Cable
COM Port: COM 6
Baudrate: 921600 bps
(The COM and baudrate were determined by the PC itself)

I clicked the FLASH OLD tab and selected FLASH ARM CPU, where I selected the Z200_R6C_ARM_CFG7.arm file. When I hit the DO SELECTED JOBS button, the software asked me to PRESS POWER ON TO PHONE. I did so and it gave me an ERROR: Phone not power up warning. I removed and replaced the battery and reconnected the phone, and tried again, and I got the same problem. On a third time, I got this:

Press Power On to phone!
Bypass boot authority
Load data for flash
ERROR: 00A505

I was not given an opportunity to power on the phone and the "Load data for flash" progress already begun. I tried to tap the power button to the phone and there was no response. As the progress bar reached 100%, the ERROR code then showed up.

I have also tried inserting the battery shortly after the "Do selected jobs" button, but the same error showed.

So, the question is: what is wrong with the software or the procedure? Is there something I overlooked?

I would very much appreciate any insights you may have. Thanks in advance!!
