Hello,

I have a V3 which is getting into bootloader and I am getting a successful flash when flashing, but when i press the power button after flashing successfully, the keypad lights turn on for a while and then turn off. I have to get into bootloader for my pc to recognise the phone.

Help pls!

Thanks

after I flashed my razr, I had to hold the press and hold till the phone turns on, or my razr keys would just light up for a few then shut off, it was never instant on but press and hold after I flashed it. try holding the power button down till it turns on

Still did not work.

When I am in bootloader the phone is giving the following information:

Boot Loader
08.26

SW Version:
R364_G_0B.D1.0BR

Battery OK
OK to Program
Connet USB Data Cable

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am currently without a phone.

Thanks again.

Ryan

Did you use the correct Flash/Flex? looking at your SW version, I don't see it in the reflash or monster packs, what did you try?

Put your phone info here, tye of phone and provider you with, Hopefully the longtime Pros can direct you in what you need. With lot of help here they directed me to use the correct Monster flash to use, since my procider is T-Mo I didn't wan't to flash it with Cingular or some other.

I have the black Razr V3. Every so often it wouldn't power on, keypad lights up for a few seconds, but nothing. I searched and finally found a fix.

It seems it happened when the phone ran dead, like i let the battery drain right out till the phone shut itself off.

It also seems that there is an alleged voltage/circuitry problem with the main V3 charger. It doesn't give enough juice to start the charge. Motorola won't admit to this.

I know, sounds weird to me too, but the guy had worked at Motorola for 9 years or something.

Anyways, I take the phone, plug it in to my car charger for a minute, then back in the house to main charger and its fine. Like giving it a boost or something.

It works, don't no why, but there it is.

Motorola told me to take the battery out for 24 hours, that worked twice, but then stopped. The car charger was the only way.

Maybe it'll help someone else, if they have a car charger that is.
