What is the better format...mpeg4 or AVI?
I noticed that mpeg4 used alot less space, but other than that is there any reason one is better than the other????

MP4 file is a compressed AVI file. In other works, MP4 is to AVI as MP3 is to WAV. You may lose some quality, but should be minimal.
