First of all... Hello and thanks for all your help!!

I wanted to upload ringtones to my nextel so that's why i installed webjal on my computer but im unable to connect my i870 to this software. I use this software with others nextel like i530, i730, i860 and work perfectly but my only problem is when i try to connect the i870 because when i plug it to the usb cable appears "New hardware found" but i dont know why because i have the usb drivers installed, i download them from idenphones.motorola.com

What could it be?? How can i fix my problem?? im desperate

Did you install the drivers before you connected the phone?

Yes i did that like one year ago.... everything's fine when i upload ringtones to an i860 and older but when it's my i870 doesn't work...... why is that?

After I hooked up my i870 to webjal, it said found new hardware as well. So I installed the patriot p2 or something like that drivers and now all my other phones will not connect. My i830,730,205- doesnt matter.

Now I have to load stuff via serial to my older phones, and a usb cable for my 870.
