ROKR: How to enable engineering menu?

Hi there,
Using PK2Tools I connected to my ROKR. In the 'Other Features/Office Tools' I've enabled the 'Engineering Menu' and clicked the 'Set' Button. Then restarted the phone.
Now where can I find the engineering menu on the phone? I've searched all over the settings menu system and can't find it. I run PK2Tools again and click the 'Get' button to check the status of the Engineering Menu and it is set.
What am I missing?
