What V3 flash is everyone using?

Im getting my new V3 tonight, and I wanted to flash it with something other than the Cingular branded flash. Any one that someone would recommend over the other? Also, what about flex's? Id really like a faster menu if at all possible....

I'm using the R374_G_OE_42.10R. Stock motorols unbranded. Much nicer than the tmobile one I was using.

Is that one still plagued with the slow menus? I have stock Cingular firmware, and its awful...

I guess it's relative, but it seems quick enough for me. No slower than the T-mobile firmware.

I use 0ER. The slow menus are not flash/flex dependant. It has something to do with the phone's hardware itself. On my V3X the menus are much faster because it has newer and faster hardware.

I have a unlocked unbranded Razr v3i that I am using on a cingular network. I am trying to get it connect to the inernet. Can anyone Help me out.

What are the differences you see between the T-mobile and the unbranded. I just downloaded that version and before I really screw up my phone, I was wondering what the differences are.

This is mine - see below. Everything seems to work fine. BT is staying connected unlike the last setup I had.
