VX6700..is there anyway to make reminders repeat??

I love this phone but I can't stand the fact that if I miss a call or text or reminder, I don't know about it unless I look at my phone.
Is there any way or setting that will allow the phone to beep or play whatever alert I have set every so often to let me know that I missed something??
