Snapmedia crashing!

I have the snapmedia for the 4900 and I changed the ini file so it'll work with my 5300 but everytime it connects to my phone in order to get my phonebook or transfer a ringer/wallpaper, the snapmedia program crashes. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it or know whats wrong? Btw, Im running Windows 2k if that matters...

I get the same problem when trying to run the program from my work computer with Windows 98. On my home computer which also runs Windows 98 the program works fine. Anyone have any idea on what might cause the program to work on one win 98 computer and not on another?

All I can tell you is that on XpHomeEd., it would never transfer correctly, or at all in fact, if I did not make sure the phone was on when I connected it to the cable leading to the USB.
