Remove Hotmail account or where are the e-mails stored?

Hi everyone,
After logging in to MSN messenger, I ended up getting my hotmail e-mails on my phone, although I didn't want to.
How can I disable/remove hotmail or even can I remove MSN all together? I really don't need MSN, I need msn messenger only.
I also need to know where hotmail e-mails are located, so I can delete those e-mails.
