Sorry if this topic has been covered a lot before

Last month, I was about to begin a long series of flights, and to continue using my audiovox5600's WMP, I had to somehow turn off the network. I had great difficulty finding where to swich it to flight mode, and in a panic (don't want to spend 9 hrs on a plane with no entertainment), I started messing around with the network setting. That didn't work, but I did eventualy find out how to switch to flight mode.

Ever since then, my phone has had periods where it can't find network coverage, and will even ask me to choose between 2 networks to connect to, which it never did before. This is quite annoying when I'm trying to make calls or are using the phone to connect to the internet. It never used to have problems finding coverage automaticly, but ever since I played with the network setting, its been doing this. I returned the network setting to their original state, but I still get this prob. Can you please help me?
