VX 6700 Active sync with bluetooth

Ok guys here is my issue. I have a VX 6700 and i am trying to active sync with bluetooth. Now i can transfer files no problem. I can pair the PC with the pda no problem. I paired them with Com port 6. So both the 6700 and th PC have port 6. In Active sync i went and told it to look for 6700 on com 6 as well. Once i pair the units and go to either the active sync on PC or active sync on 6700 (Menu connect via bluetooth) it keeps telling me the device can be found. I am need help. Any ideas??? One more thing. I did the hard resets etc to clear my phone from all the restrictions verizon places on it. Thanks

Anybody have any ideas?? Is anybody using bluetooth with active sync? How does it work?
