Software to move Call history to Outlook Journal

I remember recently finding some software that takes your call history from the smartphone and copies the data over to your PC"s outlook journal. I had trouble with it and gave up quickly, but just recently hard reset my phone because of other issues and wanted to give this another shot.
Anyone ever run across this software and remember the name or where to get it?
