Can't load MS Voice Command on 8125

Just downloaded Microsoft Voice Command, but can't get it to load on my 8125 due to insufficient space in "Main Memory".
Setting > Memory shows 7.44 MB free in "Storage" Memory and 13.09 MB free in "Program" Memory. The MS Voice Command needs something like 3.5 MB, so this makes no sense. I have deleted all that I dare including Magic Button and Resco (which I guess I will reinstall on my 1 GB card).
What should I do?
(Sorry but the long list of posts HOFO 8125 Tips and Tricks is just too much to scroll through, so please redirect me to a post if that is best.)
Is this software as good as the MS Demo makes it look?

Wirelessly posted (whatever the next lines says: Nokia9300/6.01 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 Mozilla/4.0 compatible; MSIE 5.0; Series80/2.0 UP.Link/6.3.0.0.0)
i would say worst case hard reset then try to reinstall

I spent around an hour and a half and couldn't figure out how to install mine, next day i came back decided to give it one last shot and it worked on the first try. To be honest i don't know what happened, but give it a day and try again, cant hurt!

Thanks guys. I did a hard reset, as suggest by CJ, and all is well. Jim
