V3x installing a language pack

Hi,
I have a language pack, which is a .vf3 file. It will supposedly allow the phone to read some additional languages.

I wants to install it on a Motorola Razor v3x. I'm a complete n00b when it comes to mobile phones firmware, but I'm up for it.

can anyone help me answer these questions please:

1- What do I need to do to install it? unlocking/flashing? which software do I need to install the language pack (.vf3) file? and where can I get it?

2- how to backup my existing firmware? and how to restore in case the flashing/ flexing didn't work?

3- any way of knowing if the file is compatible with razor v3x? I mean is .vf3 always compatible with v3x?

Man before you start modding your phone you NEED to read the guides ... look at the sites in my sig to start.

I have never seen a .vf3 format file. And if its not specific to the V3x .. you stand a chance of bricking your phone ... so unless its tested, DONT USE IT.

You Are right Steve, I found out that it was for the triplets series.

Any one has an Arabic language pack for Razor V3X ??

There is a firmware (monster pack) that has arabic LP on it at motomodders.net ...in the firmware section...

thanks steve, I guess I need to know what other changes would take place when I install a MONSTER into my phone

.. specially since I'm with 3G (Orange) and they lock the phone to their network .. would have no idea how to restore network settings..
