HELP! RAZR V3 telling me to Contact Service Provider

Hello there,

I got this RAZR new along with 2 other ones, the other 2 are fine and work perfectly. This one, when I turn it on it says to contact service provider. I've upgrading the SW version but that didn't change anything.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

leave it on and dont touch it for 30 mins, then tell us what message it asks for..

Ok, so I left it on for longer than a half hour because nothing changed. But now when I look at it, it is asking for a Subsidy Password. It's a FIDO phone but I'm using a Rogers sim.

Any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

It means the phone is locked to FIDO, and needs to be unlocked before it will accept your ROGERS sim. contact the marketplace unlockers

how come I can't unlock it, I've tried a new SW version and that didn't work... is there any flash that I can use? or even a flex to flex it to rogers and unlock it? something?

flashing with a monster pack doesnt "remove" or undo the lock, instead, you have to pay someone to do it.
