V557 Firmware Question

Can anyone offer any advice on a firmware upgrade for the V557....advantages/disadvantages....anyone have any luck with upgrading...I was into upgrading my RAZR but it committed suicide on a deep sea tour in Cancun and jumped off the boat LOL

Did you even search a LITTLE bit here?
I haven't seen any firmware files for the V557 - kinda hard to upgrade without 'em
