I am doing somework on my phone and i would like to back up everything in case i loose stuff.

I used "phone tools" to back up but it only backed up the contacts and calander.

the back-up cvs file only has text. it does not have the recordings for the "voice names dialing" associated with that name.

is there a way to solve this?

i would also like to back up the pictures, and the apps on the phone. although this is not *** important since i can just copy the pic to the pc then back to the phone and re-install the app. btu is there and easier way?

I should have mentioned that the phone is a V3 Razr. also that i am using PST and P2K software.
