Hi, I am looking for suggestions as to a PDA style phone.

I am in the central united states and have no problem with any specific carrier.

I would love a phone that had a touch screen as well as a qwerty keyboard.

The primary function I want is for my boss and I to communicate back and forth through calender appointments and tasks (generated from Outlook ) We do not have an exchange server, so I need something that will still synch with the office while I am in the field.

If it can open excel spreadsheets or word documents that is cool. Other toys like a camera/mp3 player etc are just toys (cool but not the deciding factor)

I feel like a newbie in that I am not even sure which technology is needed to accomplish my tasks. So if someone could walk me through slow... telling me what features I need as well as a recommendation on equip or carrier it would be appreciated!!!
