I'm having the same problem. I did find that the phonebook is loaded but the phone doesn't know it. (Do a hex dump of the phbk file and you can see the names amongst the garbage.)
Now, how to make the phone know it is there. Anyone?

Why dont you just go into a store and have them tx the phbk via the Cellebrite machine? If you find someone nice they will do it for free, but the most I've seen charged is $10. I don't have much experiance with audiovox phones....if there is a file somewhat called phonebook.dat or any related .dat files those need to be deleted and once you do a power cycle they get recreated. Thats all I got for ya...

Hope this helps,

If you still have service on your 8900, you can purchase the Backup Assistant program from GIN, have your phonebook uploaded, and then download the program on your 8910 and download your phonebook onto that phone.
