hi i have a toshiba 803t

everytime i check my voicemail, a random text message is immediately sent to me. does anyone have this problem? does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks

I haven't setup my voicemail yet but on my 902 I used to get text messages because the format of the 'new voicemail' and 'no new messages' icons on the phone is not the same as what your carriers standard.. I'd get stuff like @(triangle) or @|.. There is nothing you can do about it..

It's the difference between whatever message your cell provider is sending and what your phone is expecting.. There is nothing anyone can do unless you can make Rogers/Fido to change their system..

Happen to my 904T as well, but I got the correct voicemail indicator on my 703sh with hk fw.
