Need Help Configuring Torq P120 For T-mobile Total Internet

I have the correct APIN (internet2voicestream.com) and IP number (216.155.165.050), and yesterday could actually get connected, but it would stay on "locating" and then time out. Today, I can't get on at all. Someone from T-Mobile was supposed to call me last night and help me configure it, but so far, nothing.
Any help/suggestions appreciated.
