Strange i860 Problem

After shutting my flip phone yesterday afternoon I received another call and attempted to send it to voice mail by pressing the button on the top of the phone that usually does this, well, after I pressed the button nothing happened and the phone kept ringing. After the call went to voicemail automatically from rings I attempted to hit the button again to see my call list and still nothing happened, tried using the speaker on/off button and that wasn't working as well. I shut the phone off for awhile, took off the battery and am still having this problem. Would anyone have any idea what's going on and how to remedy this problem?

Also I don't think I have the nextel service plan anymore, do they still offer this?

Go check in the Nextel forums since they know more about iDen phones then the people here since we mostly own GSM
