7105t not working

I have a 7105t and the only it does is show the hour glass as if it is trying to process something....I dont know what is wrong with it. Can anyone tell me how to get it fixed???

Care to offer more info? Did you drop it, doing a sync, OS update, app install? Have you popped the battery yet as a hard reset?

I have pulled the battery out maybe 20 or so times, I have tried to do a sync and the app installer will not recognize the device on any com port. I have never dropped it.

Now the T-mobile logo will appear, but he hour glass is still infront of it
