L7 Problem Please help!!!

I got a new europian L7 and its a good phone but the volume is wayyy too low . I have it on all the way up and i need to press the phone to my ear to hear what others are telling me ! Can anyone help please ? I tried everything but some how it just wont work 
PLEASE HELP
