RSD help.. unable to retrieve interface

that's the error message I got when I tried to flash my razr. Currently the phone starts up normally but none of the buttons react at all, and it just decides to shutdown shortly after. any positive help is suggested. I don't recall if I ever made a flash back up for this particular phone. so do I have any options now? Dont have insurance with the phone since I'm an old AT&T user and this is a Cingular black razr.

something about the mrbucket fix.. but the phone wouldnt respond to the initial flash step..
