903sh Profile Timer?

One more stupid question. I believe it was the 903sh phone, if Im not on crack, that I was playing with and not the motorolla razr where you can set the timer on the profile to expire. Maybe this was when my phone was still jap version before it got unlocked to Euro by Timsta. I am trying to find a function that lets you set the profile to expire at a certain time, very handy when you dont want people to disturb your sleep and have it on silent for the night and then it changed back to Normal profile at 1pm when people normally wake up on weekends, or so i think! Help NEEDED plz!

i'm not sure if there is a profile timer, but there is an "auto on" and "auto off" feature on the jp firmware.

i believe that feature is not avialable on euro firmware
