L6 Charging issues...

hi out there...

Just got my girlfriend one of those pink L6's and since we got it there has been a couple of issues. One is that when she plugs it in for charging while asleep, it will acknowledge the charger but then it turns off completely.

Also, is this phone prone to weak signal strength? Thought it was the same as the razr for strength, but apparently not.

Maybe a newer or better firmware... maybe even the one tht unlocks the quad availability.

Any help greatly appreaciated.....

well after enabling the quad band on my unlocked L6, it certainly boosted the signal strength on mine and I have Tmobile which primarily uses the 1900mhz band.

Try using the search feature on this forum for enabling quad band for L6

Mine doesn't shut off when I plug in my charger or the digital camera usb cord.

I am also having signal issues with my L6. It constantly goes from No Service to Emergency Only then Regular Signal inside my house. It is making me nuts! Is there a way to increase the signal?

is that after you enabled quad band on your L6??

Well did the quad edit and BIG difference now.

The charger/power off issue seems to be a charger issue not the phone.

Does anyone know where to find out if i can add or change the color schemes on a L6? Looked at all the files but cannot find any *.sch at all.

Or is there any other cool mods for L6. Did the funlight thing.... neat but to rapid of a flash...

You can change the color schemes. Look under Tools, then Personalise then Colour Styles. Not much to choose from though.
