HELP with 902 SH vibe!?!?!?!

So i was at work yesterday and i set my profile to Activity (for me is silent and only vibe). So people called me and it didnt vibrate and it was just silent i missed the calls. shocked that i was i checked the details of the profile and the phone was on vibe. then i changed it to the Normal profile (for me is ringer and vibe) even then if someone is calling me the vibe comes on when it wants to. like some calls if im holding the phone or something and when i open the phone it will vibe for a sec then stop.

so i dont know if it is a hardware problem or a firmware problem. FYI i have the Ferrari firmware. please help me out because i am missing a lot of calls and it is getting annoying for me. thank you in advance for any help.

hrmm. u might need a reflash. ferrari firmware is hella buggy

well you could try a master reset too... before getting it reflashed. umm.. i'm not sure where you live so i can't really make a recommendation where you coudl go.

i need to back up my text messages. anyway that is possible? i have a lot of them and i dont want to loose them at all. thanks

try to save them to your sim card.. thats about the only way you can do it
