P2k Commander mess up my phone

I used P2k Commander to upload a skin. The program crashed and now my phone is mess up. The battery meter disappeared and I can't shut down my phone. I tried reseting and clearing out all the data. It doesn't work. Is there a way to fix it? 
Its a v635 btw

what skin did you use? what name was your skin, if it was a skin name Moto, hope it was a full complete. let me know, we'll find out why.
