Sanyo SCP 5500 BitPIm help!!!!

This is the first time I've ever used a forum, but I need help. I downloaded the software BitPim. I created a qcp ringtone using mobile17.com and I downloaded it to my computer. Now, I know that my phone uses qcp ringtones because I already have qcp ringtones on my phone. Anyways, When I try to send the ringtone to my phone via usb cable and Bitpim, my phone says pc sync. When BitPim says READY, meaning it's done, I end the pc sync and I look in my pc sync folder on my phone and the ringtone isn't there. I can send wallpaper to my phone using Bitpim though. Why don't ringontes work? PLEAZ HELP!!!!!!

Only MIDI ringers can be loaded onto Sanyo phones using a data cable. You have to use Vision to load QCP ringers onto your phone.

yea but i tried a midi file too aznd it didn't work
