Can I reset the custom number ringtones?

I recently removed all stock ringtones from my phone, and now I can't access the phone numbers in my phone book. 
Is there a way to reset them, or just erase the custom ringtones all together?

you need to search - i believe the problem stems from erasing ringtones that were being used by the phone.
